Who won the 2003 Champions League?

AC Milan won the 2002-03 UEFA Champions League.

This was the Italian club’s sixth success and first since the 1994 final, having lost the following year.

AC Milan beat Juventus on penalties following a 0-0 draw after extra-time. This was the second time that two teams from the same country met in the final, following Real Madrid versus Valencia in 2000. This was Juventus’ third defeat in the final in seven years, after winning the competition in 1996.
