Who won the 1991 Champions League?

Red Star Belgrade won the 1990-91 UEFA Champions League, then known as the European Cup.

This was Yugoslavia’s one and only UEFA European trophy success, though Dynamo Kiev (2) and Dinamo Tbilisi (1) both won the Cup Winners’ Cup representing the Soviet Union during the 1970s and 1980s.

Red Star Belgrade beat Olympique Marseille in a penalty shootout following a 0-0 draw after extra-time in the 1991 final at the Stadio San Nicola in Bari, Italy.
