Manchester United won the 1067-68 UEFA Champions League, then known as the European Cup.

This was the 13th edition of the competition and the Red Devils became the first English side to both reach a final and get their hands on the trophy.

Manchester United beat Portuguese champions Benfica 4-1 after extra-time at Wembley Stadium in London, England. This was the first occasion that a side had won the trophy in their home country but not at their home stadium.
