Ruel Fox was the first Montserratian to score in the Premier League.

The English-born winger represented Montserrat twice in 2004 and scored his first Premier League goal for Norwich City in a 4-2 win against Arsenal at Highbury on 15 August 1992 – the opening day of the inaugural season.
