Who hosted the 1950 World Cup?

Brazil hosted the 1950 FIFA World Cup between 24 June-16 July.

This was the fourth edition of the tournament which was won by Uruguay with the competition ending in a round robin between Brazil, Sweden, Spain and the eventual winners.
