The second occasion that a team led 5-0 in the Premier League was Manchester City at Burnley on 3 April 2010. The Citizens went on to win the game 6-1.
On the final day of the 2014-15 Premier League season, Stoke City led Liverpool 5-0 at half-time, going on to win 6-1 at the Britannia Stadium. This was famous for being Steven Gerrard’s final game for the Reds.
